All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, and destination. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping is calculated by the carrier based on the size and weight of the parts in your order and your delivery destination. Because auto parts range from small components to large, heavy items, your specialist will confirm the exact shipping cost when you place your order by phone. Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping with different rates and timeframes.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your parts.
