Return

We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible purchases. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, contact our support team by phone at +1 (341) 247-0423 or by email at support@rock-autoparts.us.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Parts must be unused and uninstalled in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any items back. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA number

The following items cannot be returned once purchased:

• Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or connected, even briefly (sensors, modules, control units, etc.)
• Custom or special-order parts ordered specifically for your vehicle that are not in our standard inventory
• Parts that show signs of installation, use, or damage
• Clearance and final-sale items

• Our error: If we shipped the wrong part or the part is defective, return shipping is at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• Change of mind: If you ordered the correct part but no longer need it, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed). This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage for our records.
